“We saw Dr Howland for routine exams for two dogs. The vet techs and vet were all knowledgeable and considerate of our dogs’ needs and anxieties. They recommended necessary treatments (shots, meds, tests) that made sense to us and did not push for superfluous additional work as some vets have done in the past. That was all good. The checkout procedures seemed to take a bit longer than necessary and seemed a bit disorganized accounting for the four-star rather than five-star rating.“
“Koa has received the best care from Dr. Yang and his staff at Thornhill Pet Hospital since he was adopted 10+ years ago. They have always been kind, caring and responsive to all his needs--annual vaccinations and any ailments (including surgeries). Koa (and we) is/are very lucky to have found Dr. Yang and Thornhill Pet Hospital.“
“Thank you East Bay Veterinary House Calls - EBVHC for the house call to give Watson, Pilot and DOG their annual exam and shots. Very difficult as a person who is blind to take their pet dogs to a vet, guide dogs no problem but only 1/3 of mine are a working dog! Dr. Reid and staff was great. Not to mention the driving thing, so much less stress on the doggos! Now nap time.“

We have used vets closer to home and feel like they aren't always out for the best care of our dogs, but driven more by unnecessary treatments, tests, and meds. that make them more money. “This is the BEST vet. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had to move, but for anything serious, I would drive 4 hours to take my dog to see Dr.Lee. Would give 6 stars for this vet if I could!“

The vet said the procedure would be more complicated then he felt he could manage in his clinic and sent us to Dr Hall. Very happy with the outcome and quality of care she received. We would use Dr Hall again if we have any further dental needs for our pets.“
