“I worked with Carlos after rain caused water damage in our downstairs bedroom. It was a nightmare as our insurance company was refusing to cover several thousand dollars of needed repairs. Carlos was wonderfully helpful with this. He took over 90% of the communication with the insurance company and we eventually got them to pay $22k when they initially only agreed to cover $4k. He is well-versed in the process and helped ensure we got the coverage that we paid for. He was also quite competent in water damage and prevention. I spoke with several companies before him and they did not want to help with my water intrusion issue. Carlos came in ready to help. I even hired an outside expert to make sure our plan of action was sufficient and he agreed with everything Carlos suggested. The technicians were polite and thorough and made my carpets look so good! They also helped me remove a stubborn stain that I couldn't remove myself. He was able to identify, locate, and install a replacement for the old hardware that solved all issues. He made it look easy but it was his expertise that resolved our issue within 2 hours and allowed us to have water again in the house AND make we were able to make a dinner party only a few minutes late. thanks so much for the kind, knowledgable service.“
“they recently did my carpets I live in San Marcos my home is pretty good size even though it was a last minute appointment they did an excellent job, they have powerful equipment and a new machine called bonzer which left my carpet super cleaned, smelling fresh and dry amazing crew top notch service and local what else can you ask for? give them a call you'll be glad you did!!!;-)“

“Ignacio was the best. We had the carpet and tile cleaned before moving into a house previously owned by a hoarder with large "house" dogs. I wasn't expecting more than the peace of mind of knowing the carpets had been cleaned and deodorized and the tiles sanitized. I got more than that; the floors and carpet were unrecognizable after Ignacio was done. I can comfortably reside in the home until the floors and carpet are replaced.“
