5 stars for Mark Scott Restoration for the outstanding experience we encountered. If additional stars were possible, they would certainly be given. Upon reaching out, I spoke to Martha who had Mitigation Manager, Alex give me a call to discuss the situation. He promptly sent out David and Santos. All 4 exhibited a high level of professionalism and exceptional courtesy throughout the process. Operating within an extremely fast paced office environment, we appreciate the seamless service provided. The issue was quickly resolved and our office was restored to its normal state within no time! Exceptional service from Mark Scott Restoration.
We are thankful for the dedicated team who helped clean our house after recent fire. Alex is a kind and professional manager; and his crew (David, Santos, Rosa, Lorena, I forgot the other 2), each one of them was very diligent and detail in their work. It feels good entering our house after they completed their work. I don't smell the smoke and it feels like entering a new home. I will call them again for future projects.
