TLDR: Great job on a repair by a couple of guys who know their stuff and are genuinely nice human beings.Our furnace stopped blowing air, so we had effectively no heat or AC. I had a recommendation for this business from our neighbor, so I called for help.Two gentlemen, both named John, came over to troubleshoot. After I explained the situation, they navigated the obstacle course of our attic space and started digging into the problem. They diagnosed the problem as the furnace's control board, or maybe the blower motor (which I suspected). This is a real repair company, not a network of contractors. This company knows how to diagnose a problem, recommend a part replacement, acquire the part, and replace it. I have called other companies in the past who come and simply try to sell me a new system and hand me quotes for 18k. These guys are awesome and honest.
