“I called Wave today and was able to get an appointment in the early evening.Chris was responsive and kept me updated on his arrival time - and he arrived right on time.He inspected the dryer and made a quick assessment which consisted of a thorough cleaning of the mechanical parts and some lubricant. He quoted me the price and told me he was sure he could fix the problem right then and there.I went to check on him after 20-30 minutes and he showed me a pulley that he replaced. He said it was better to replace it now. He didn’t charge me for the part, and told me it was included in the initial estimate.Chris is honest, efficient, and quick. Appointment scheduled and follow-up reminders come by way of text and email. Also, received a call in advance of appointment to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Steve diagnosed misalignment of freezer drawer that was causing ice to form. He exercised great finesse in “tweaking” and making fine adjustments. The drawer now slides smoothly and effortlessly. Gasket fits as intended. Freezer is now quiet. Steve is pleasant, knowledgeable, highly competent. He exercised great care and tidiness as he worked. Cost is reasonable. We understand that he works on all appliance brands. He’s definitely our new go-to for appliance repair. Very pleased!“

“Another amazing visit from Cory at Clayton Brothers. Yesterday my HVAC unit started making a buzzing sound that kept getting louder. I turned off the thermostat to try to trouble shoot the problem, but the buzzing persisted. This morning I called to schedule an appointment. Cory was on time, professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He went to his truck, but didn't have a replacement part with him.
