Working with Jerry at G.V.G. Memorials has been a memorable experience. Because of the profession he and his staff are in, the pressure is very high for them to deliver on quality and service. Jerry was caring, personable, professional and encouraging throughout the entire process. Despite his youth, he is a seasoned veteran, having been born into this profession and was getting his hands dirty with practical experience from a very early age. G. V. G. Memorials is the place to go when you’re in need of kindness, compassion, support, patience, as well as ideas, a wide range of stones, quality craftsmanship and last but not least integrity. The love and respect from our first meeting to the last and every text & email in between was well-provided and received. Jerry and his Grandfather are so caring, their understanding of what it’s like to go through the process of losing a loved one and honoring them with the finishing touch of a headstone made the process flow smoothly. GVG Memorials was incredibly wonderful in allowing our family to customize our father’s headstone. It was our last favor to him and with GVG Memorials we were able to honor him without minimizing the details. Every idea we drew up was met with encouragement and enthusiasm. I believe we had four total ideas for our father’s headstone and each one was professionally conveyed to us in order to come to our final decision. I couldn’t have done it without Jerry. He was wonderful, understanding, and delightful to work with. He stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process making sure we had updates along the way.
