I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home. However, I lost my uncle very sudden. I then contacted Garcia’s Mortuary and had the pleasure to speak with Lorena, she took the time to explain every little detail over the phone. She handled everything for me and my family. She and the staff were very attentive, loving and caring.Lorena went as far as giving me her personal cell number and advised me to call anytime even after hours, something not many people do. We had an appointment with another mortuary here in Oxnard but they were very unhelpful and couldn't answer all our question , while we were there my niece went to the hallway and called Garcias and they said come on over so we did ...wow what a difference !!! Lorena and all the staff is very knowledgeable , help full and compassionate. Thank you Lorena . ps.s can i give 6 stars ??

Went to GARCÍA mortuary to help with cremation and putting together a service for my family members . Not only were they more reasonably priced compared to other funeral homes but they were very professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, quick and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I have never had to manage the aftermath of a death let alone multiple family deaths at the same time so it was greatly appreciated all of their assistance and suggestions and they answered all my questions well.
