The DR’s and staff are so nice and welcoming! I highly recommend this urgent care. The DR’s and nurses are compassionate and listen to you and are very knowledgeable. I am so thankful and appreciative of them. I had been suffering with bronchitis and a sinus infection for a month and a half and seen two other DR’s including my own primary care Dr, an Telehealth, and a different urgent care. Nobody was listening to me that I felt like I needed antibiotics. I finally was able to come here after changing my insurance. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and provide top notch care quickly and efficiently. And that's just the doctors! The nurses are equally knowledgeable and high quality, having a bedside manner and encyclopedic knowledge. Lastly, the front staff are always kind, compassionate, and highly efficient. I've been there twice, desperate as my PCP's PAs didn't have the knowledge base to help me. Everytime, I had excellent care, and feeling better with 24 hrs.
The providers here have helped my family with a few acute illnesses and we felt they did a great job listening to our concerns, explaining their reasoning and treatment plan, and answering our questions.
