Todd & Ed each epitomize Excellent customer service and Todd did a splendid job of transferring my W10 data onto my new Dell W11 laptop -- installing W10 OS so I could be spared the "upgrade" (am running a bunch of legacy software), and he even did some additional fussing with settings for me when I came to pick it up to ensure all was shipshape on the new machine.

Thankfully that didn't turn out to actually be the case, but I appreciated his concern at the time.
