I HIGHLY recommend InBlue IT Solutions. The firm I work for recently had Spectrum come in to switch out an old modem/router. After this was done we were not able to access anything. I made many phone calls to get this fixed. We spent 2 days having many people come in and everyone said not our hardware, not our problem. I eventually found InBlue IT Solutions on Google and called them up. Excellent customer service! Ray heard how panicked I was about not being able to do anything for the past 2 days and made it a point to make it into our office at the end of the day to help us get everything back up. I was absolutely impressed with Ray and his service. I called with a random question to get my home office up and running and he gave me the perfect advice for purchase after I’d had two incorrect suggestions previous. I have two 32” Samsung curved screens to connect to my laptop. As my stress grew, Ray quelled it by pointing me in the right direction. Easy to talk to, friendly, and super helpful, I would highly recommend his services. Thank you‼️ ?️
