846 W Foothill Blvd # C, Upland“had a top notch experience with Rozina & Smith Physical Therapy following my hip replacement in December 2024. I’ve been to other physical therapy places, and treatment from the professionals here far exceeded that which I have experienced at other clinics. Every one of my appointments lasted an hour, and I worked one on one with either a physical therapist or assistant for the entirety of each visit. I really appreciated that they personalized care to my specific needs as opposed to the cookie cutter approach that I have encountered at other physical therapy clinics. I have always been active and as a relatively young (42) person recovering from a hip replacement, they quickly understood that I needed more challenging exercises than perhaps most hip replacement patients might require. My exercises progressed at a reasonable rate that ensured that the exercises remained challenging. All staff were friendly, and by the conclusion of my care here, nearly all staff knew me by name. The office staff was very easy work with, and was very helpful when I needed to change appointments or make payments. I will be sure to return to Rozina & Smith in the future should the need arise.“

No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!“
“my gosh! Erin and her team are amazing. I began my journey in May 2024 and today is Sept 2024. in that time I've lost more than 5-6 inches overall and down 25 lbs. although it's a bit pricey it's very much worth it. they teach you so many things you can take with you and practice at home.“

Jennifer has transformed my perception of weight training from something intimidating to an empowering journey, particularly with functional strength training. Her profound knowledge in fitness, coupled with her patient and empathetic approach, has not only built my confidence but also guided me towards achieving my fitness goals. Beyond workouts, her nutritional guidance has been invaluable, making a holistic difference in my life. Massage: I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Lorna and Bejon. Both are very professional and experts in their craft. As a runner and a cyclist, I appreciate a good massage as a part of my recovery and ongoing body maintenance routine. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.“

I have lost around 24 pounds, feel and look better, and have never been more focused on my health.I began working with Jeff on my fitness journey in October 2022. I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. Jeff’s knowledge of rehab and his emphasis on proper form and technique helped me establish a routine and learn barbell lifts I never thought I could do.Game Planning: It seems simple, but Jeff goes over your goals and progress at the start of every month. This is a helpful reset when you find yourself off track with your routine. It is also an opportunity to reflect and set new goals for the month.Schedule: For my one-on-one sessions, Jeff accommodated my work schedule and understood when I needed to cancel or reschedule a session. Now that he has a mobile app, scheduling his group sessions, which are in the morning and evening, is super easy.Mobile App: This has been a great tool! It has tons of workout videos, recipes that Jeff has tried himself, and the group class scheduler, which has worked out great for me.Community: Engaging in group sessions is a wonderful way to connect with others. It's been great to meet new people and see their progress.“

Nathan does a great job of reminding me to breathe lol and pushing me to be consistent with my training (by telling me to wake up earlier. haha). I can always count on Jalen to encourage me, when I'm slowing down in those last 30 seconds. And Emmanuel has been a great addition to the team, who shows genuine interest in how you are doing and always greets you as soon as you walk in the door. During covid I started lifting weights and found out that I really liked it. Of course I needed help with form and progression because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Soon after I saw a post from my friend recommending her gym. I was hesitant and nervous about joining another gym and not sticking with it. Well I can honestly say that Training By Tye is not like any other gym. Coach Tye is awesome and she really knows her stuff! She is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer that really puts in the work for you. All you have to do is show up and want to put in the effort to see results. The workouts are well planned to hit several major muscle groups per session / per week. They are challenging and fun. If you need modifications she always has you covered. The classes are small so you get personal attention. The other members are nice, welcoming and encouraging. There is no judgment, everyone is at a different place in their health and fitness journey and we cheer each other on to do our best. Tye covers all aspects of health and fitness, in class, through email and on various social media platforms. The workouts are different every month and you never get bored. I'm eating better and moving more than I was prior to joining. I have more energy and I sleep better. I’m less stressed and I know I am definitely stronger and leaner than I was a year ago. I look forward to my workouts and really enjoy going to the gym because Tye makes it fun and rewarding. If you are looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle, become more active, or just improve your overall health then I highly recommend TBT!!“

2549 Chino Hills Pkwy ste a, Chino Hills“(Sorry I write a lot but that's just how great this training experience has been) 10/10 recommend--I have been training with Kacy since January 2022. I was referred to Kacy Performance by a coworker and I am forever grateful. I have a naturally athletic figure, but I wanted to make progress that I could actually track and challenge myself. I used to be that person who would sit in their car for 20 minutes before actually going in the gym. And then immediately go to the treadmill and look for any machine thats open with 0 plan. I have also had trainers in the past individual and group but Kacy has been the only trainer who actually makes sure your form is correct and takes that serious and if something is hurting that day or week he has alternative workouts to help support the injury while still making progress. Working with Kacy I can 100% say I have made consistent progress, I learned correct form, I learned what my body measurements actually meant, I am able to see and track my progress and I am finally confident going to a gym by myself when Kacy isn't there. Another plus-- I also learned correct names for the gym equipment (no more "silver bar thingy") lol. Kacy has us track our exercises each day with the correct name of the exercise, the reps and the weight. This has helped me learn different exercises and have an actual gym plan with different muscle groups. Its also nice to see when I have gone up in weight and hit a PR. What I like about training with Kacy: He actually knows his stuff!!! He helps with correct form (which is crucial and something I used to struggle with and I've never had with prior trainers), he gives reason to why the exercises he is having us do is important and what muscle group they are focused on. And he challenges us! He knows our potential and actually pushes us to to lift heavy the right way. He has trained us to be successful by ourselves. Overall I highly recommend Kacy performance.“
