“Was a bit skeptical in the beginning but I allowed Miguel to work his magic and my couch ended up looking so nice. I will have him return to do a second pass in a few months as well as my area rugs. (Prior to the cleaning there were some stains and grease looking marks on the arm rests and stains on seat cushions.)* I bought my couch used ( judge me if you’d like lol) Miguel informed me that not only was the previous owner neglectful of the furniture( couch is a huge microfiber 3 piece sectional) which never seemed to be clean. But also they had pets and smoked. ( from what Miguel seen… (Previous owner clearly lied) Miguel showed me the filter and the water tank after extraction and OMG ?. I wish I took before n after pictures bc what you think is clean WOW was definitely not. It is a night/ day difference with my couch and it smells great.Overall, I am impressed with the work done and will be using Miguel’s service in the future. “Awesome crew and service. We had a water leak that flooded most of our building on a Tuesday night. The crew arrived quickly after we called them, took care of the immediate clean up and brought in lots of equipment to dry the walls and flooring. Over the next few days they monitored the progress, discussed with me the areas of drywall that needed to be removed to avoid mold and speed the drying process, and removed the drywall. They had the building dry and the openings protected by Sunday so that we could reopen our business on Monday. The project managers communicated with me daily and helped us to set reasonable expectations with the staff and customers. “They did a wonderful job for me! It was a small job by most construction standards, less than $5000. Because of that, I had trouble getting someone to do the work. Nico's showed up on time, worked in a timely fashion, and did a great job. Part of the job was to remove a massive old mirror that was glued to the wall. They got it off the wall and out the door without a break or a single shard of glass. They removed the glue from the wall and patched everything to make it paint ready. The rest of the job went beautifully, too. I highly recommend them.“
