We came back from an 11 day trip, and found water on bathroom floor. Then walking barefoot over my bedroom carpeting felt wet. A quick call to our insurance, and we went with AAA recommended companies..Haven was at our door first thing in the morning, The help we received from workers was amazing, quick, well done, and informative every visit. Exceptional customer service!! I was referred to Haven Cleaning and Restoration through my insurance carrier after unexpected water damage occurred to my Kitchen while I was out of town on vacation. Haven was prompt, professional, and showed up on-site within 48 hours of my phone call.Everyone was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves every day throughout the course of the repair project. My kitchen looks spectacular and you can't even tell that any damage occurred.
