My brother was released from a SFN about two months ago. I was originally with a different respite provider but asked IEHP to send his referral elsewhere because the respite worker kept no showing and the agency would never call me to inform me. His referral was sent to accent care and in the two weeks of being with them he’s been seen once. He was authorized a bunch of hours and now I’ll miss out on those hours since they expire soon. Accentcare should not accept referrals in the Coachella valley if they do not have the workers to staff their shifts. It’s extremely unprofessional and infuriating. Do not recommend if you’re in the Coachella valley.

I would take precautions before seeking employment here... I was asked to come in for an interview and the Supervisor I was asked to interview with was not even in the office she was on Vacation! Secondly, the position for Medical Biller/ AR rep has been repeatedly posted for over 6 months now... sounds like they have a revolving door which equals a bad place to work
