“Had "Cool Club" maintenance check a bit early. Service tech Austin asked how new system was performing. Explained did ok at night and cooler days but when a 100 or over, it struggled. Austin verified all the readings were good at compressor. Then went to attic and inspected around evaporator and blower. Found air leaking at bottom of duct box and sealed it up. Air flow noticably stronger and system cycling normal. Unusual for a tech to actually listen and continue to investigate when readings normal. Glad Austin is with T&C now.“

“Awesome. 6 stars.I got three estimates on installing a Central heating & Air furnace. I called Fred Bogdonoff at Butte Heating & Air. He thoroughly explained everything over the phone. He was a nice & kind man; who came to my parents house and evaluated their current situation inside and out in the garage. He completed an inspection of the air flow ducts installed. I explained to him that my parents were old and their furnace wasn't currently operating. And gave a complete analysis. On what he suggested we do. After further investigation. He concluded that he would install an energy-efficient unit not only providing more heat during cold days & nights but also give colder climate temperature during hot summer days. “so far, everything has been running smoothly. i was thoroughly impressed with the honesty and transparency of the repair technician, melvin. his straightforward approach was refreshing, and there was no sense of him trying to confuse or mislead me. he was also quite friendly, which made the process more pleasant. once melvin identified the problem, he made a swift repair and also provided some valuable advice. i believe the cost was appropriate for the service provided. it wasn't a major repair, but a component of my furnace needed to be replaced, and luckily, melvin had the part readily available on his truck. he even arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. i will definitely be calling on their services again. honesty is indeed the best policy. i'm so relieved to have my furnace functioning properly at last!“
