They continue to be easy to book online and offer up front pricing (and don't worry if you don't know exactly what your square footage is in a given area, they're able to adjust day-of and they've even told us if we overestimated a room size). Angel was our tech this most recent time and he was punctual and thorough (that blacklight was slightly horrifying on my carpet with 4 pets running around but I'm glad he brought it). He left us some disposable shoe covers as well so that we wouldn't be getting our feet damp if we had to go on the carpet before everything was fully dry. My carpet feels fluffier and it's been nice being able to get a deep clean before we start setting up our nursery. Will continue to use them for our carpet cleaning needs!“
