Once again; great customer service, on time, clean and tidy, plus unlike renting a carpet cleaning machine that's cheaper and leaves your carpet soaking wet, thanks to Down to Earth the carpets were almost dry by that night and completely dry by the next day. He also did a great job on the area rug, so we asked him to clean it again. Thanks Peter!“
