We had Toto's Plumbing replace our sewer line in Lafayette in Oct. 2022. Raul, Benjamin and the rest of the crew were friendly, fast, efficient, neat, and did a great job. They easily completed the work on budget and on time. We strongly recommend them.

I really want to thank Raul and his team. My general contractor was not able to finish my big basement dig-out reno and so I was left needing to obtain a PSL certificate without any knowledge of what a PSL certificate even is. I obtained 2 other bids but I chose Toto because the bid was fair, Raul was very responsive and mostly because Raul patiently educated me about the whole process in detail. I was a bit anxious about not being able to use my kitchen sink or the bathrooms for extended periods of time, especially with my whole family home during Covid, but Raul's team made running water available at certain intervals during the day and at every night. When I wanted to change the layout plan for the new sewer pipes, the team worked with us, no problem. In addition, Raul is also licensed to work on indoor plumbing issues. When I contacted him about a problem I was having with one of my basement showers, he came the next day on a Saturday morning to diagnose the problem and then refused to take payment from me for his time, saying that his services are to help the community. Raul is the real deal - a genuinely good person with very credible skills. Thank you Raul!

Raul did a fantastic job removing massive amounts of plant detritus from our old pipes and installing a new cleanout so that our basement toilet will be less prone to backing up in the future. He's fast to respond, works quickly, and is very friendly and reliable. Will definitely call these guys again if the need arises!
