I have worked with 5 different PT's over the years, and Jessica at Renew ranks at the top of the list. She's knowledgeable and very clear in her communication style. She demonstrates rather than just directs exercises, working them along with me. She challenges me -- I am gaining strength and balance I didn't know was possible. She's zeroed in on what I need, and provided it. She does work hands-on as well, balancing the visit well. The office is bright, calm, and friendly. I have been receiving physical therapy at Renew PT in Oakland on and off (mostly on) for almost 2 years now. My therapist, Betsy, is knowledgeable, organized, efficient, clear, encouraging, kind and pleasant. She makes PT fun. Couldn't get better. The location is great, parking is easy and the facility is very pleasant, spacious and clean. Every staff member in the Oakland facility has been extremely responsive, kind, cheerful and effective. Really, I can't say too many good things about Renew PT in Oakland. I'm very very very glad I found them.

The team at Renew PT did a fantastic job getting my body back to 100%. I worked with several of their therapists and each delivered quality care personalized to my needs and body. I appreciated that I could text them with any concerns or questions and log into their portal to review how-to videos about my routine. If I ever need PT again, I'd go back!
