Dr. Kristin deserves a rating better than 5 star for her clinical skills and patient service. While I was referred to her for pelvic floor therapy (for which she is very well known), I learned that she is also an expert on orthopedic therapy. I am sure glad that I did. Her contribution to my recovery from leg and muscle issues, likely resulting from neuropathy, has been the biggest contribution. This help is way beyond what other physical therapists, a top chiropractor, and medical docs could do. She definitely takes a holistic approach and really cares about making a difference in her patient's health and wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Kristin and her wonderful staff....read full review

I chose this clinic bc it is near my house and I needed to be seen for a few months before my next ortho appt and did not wait for neighboring PT clinics to have openings. I feel so lucky to have chosen this clinic. I saw Dr. Jeff today and he was so incredibly thorough (more-so than any other provider I have ever seen). He was very communicative and his formulation and plan has given so much confidence. Thank you Level Up Wellness.

I take care of breast cancer patients. Some of these ladies have limited range of motion and/or upper extremity or breast lymphedema after their breast cancer and lymph node surgery, esp if they had a mastectomy. I refer them to Hilary Nakao, PT, DPT, ATC at Level UP. She is an EXPERT PHYSICAL THERAPIST for Breast Cancer Rehabilitation. She is a kind, compassionate, gentle person and excellent with my patients. The ladies always thank me for the referral. I have been referring to her for greater than 10 years.
