UPDATE:I spoke with a recruiter today 12/11/23 named Alex & he was extremely helpful & very professional. Now THIS is the Ranstad I remember working with- thorough, professional, and efficient! Looking forward to this new journey & hopeful to land a role soon.—————————————————————I worked with Randstad years ago (around 2012-2015) and they were great, however, in more recent times I cannot say the same. They call you about positions, have you take assessments, fill out W-2 and onboarding papers, then they ghost you. No follow ups, no contact, just silence. You can reach out to recruiters by email or office but you wont get through.

Good at first, then they start lagging on getting you the actual job after making you fill out all paper work. They sale you a dream then stop responding. Then play stupid when you’re checking on your status.
