Terrible staffing agency. The jobs disappear before you even noticed there was a job posted because the app doesn't give any notifications when jobs are posted even though you'd assume that's a pretty basic feature they could have added. They have a policy if you're late by even 15 min to a job they will suspend you from all jobs for a week so if on Monday you're late then you will get suspended for the whole week. I had 6 shifts scheduled and was late to my Monday shift at a new site and they cancelled all my weeks work. Dumb rule given there's a million things that could've happened and it's completely the jobs and staffing agencies discretion. Terrible job security...read full review

Hayward branch people ready is the rudest workers I have encountered the guy who works there hangs up the phone on me twice now, and speaks to you like a chil, they remove people from jobs especially the close ones because they have friends who pay them to keep them on the close job, they are in serious need of some customer service and some give a fuck, and help people trying to get back on there feet. the only branch I encountered who is cometely disrespectful

These people are so rude it's all about them it's cool for some fast money but they will make u wait for your money and treat you so bad the Hayward office is trash and unprofessional
