Bayo Vista Physical Therapy Physical Therapists

“I was referred to Bayo Vista from a friend who had a great experience with Karen. I had Karen for my intake appointment she made me feel very comfortable with the pelvic exam. I have been working with Emily for all of my other appointments and she is WONDERFUL. She looks at your whole body and works on all parts holistically. I felt silly to point out my knee feeling stiff in one appointment as it wasn't the major problem spot. Emily looked into it and wow, did she make a difference! I felt like a new person. I had assumed that this knee would always feel that way after I had ACL reconstruction 7 years ago... but I was happily proven wrong! All appointments are 1 hour and you really get focused time with Emily or Karen. They are out of network with insurance, but I would still highly recommend them due to the quality of care you receive. Emily and Karen also have been very supportive of my bringing my baby with me. It was very comfortable to bring her and we took breaks as needed for nursing/holding. Thank you for being baby friendly, especially when a mama just needs some physical therapy love postpartum. :) Erika is also their billing and administrative ninja. She is so on top of sending out superbills for insurance the day of your appointment and booking appointments for you. I really appreciate that Bayo Vista uses text messages for booking appointments or their online system. I would highly recommended Bayo Vista!“

Emily Noe Physical Therapy Physical Therapists

“I couldn't be more happier picking Emily for my PT needs. I came to her after doing PT from other locations, but I didn't feel my wrist was any better for climbing. - Flexible on scheduling, I saw her five times every 3-4 weeks, with a focus on home exercises, which was exactly what I was looking for (and I graduated when we both felt it was time). Note that her exercises targeted my wrist issues more closely than the generic ones I've been given from insurance covered PT and online sources - She was very familiar with my body type, as she worked with dancers and paid close attention to my hypermobility - Even though I went to her for my wrist, we were also simultaneously able to work on my right shoulder rotator cuff (which I completely forgot about) and my left ankle. Other PTs (at least with insurance) wouldn't provide this level of attention. - Able to climb while rehabbing! She provided a very specific climbing regimen, which was fantastic for accountability - Looked over climbing videos and helped correct my form (since climbing caused my injuries in the first place) In three months, I am back to projecting again, and she has given me a solid foundation to continue my climbing and non climbing goals. I wish I had seen her first, would have saved me six months of time. Highly recommend Emily, especially if any of the above resonated with you.“

Back to Life Physical Therapy, Inc. Physical Therapists

“Amy and Iris are the two PT's that I've seen at Back to Life Physical Therapy; they both are very knowledgable, and thorough in their explanations and guidance. In addition to their abundant knowledge in the specific area of pelvic floor, the extra care and time they put in to really listen, understand and then instruct me have been what distinguishes them in the field of physical therapists. I have improved since starting to work with them (a year ago). The office is kept clean and neat, and is full of natural wood, natural light, and includes a library of pertinent material. Colleena, the receptionist/office manager, is a wonderful and personable and efficient part of the team. I highly recommend this practice.“
