This cleaners has done my dry cleaning for the past six months. I switched because my previous cleaners just could not do a good job with my shirts despite me asking them repeatedly. Mary’s cleaners just does a perfect job with my shirts.

They do great work for decent price. My only complaint is their operating hours. They are only open Monday through Friday, which interrupts pick up time. My dress was there for over a month, because I couldn't pick it up. They didn't lose my dress though! They do answer the phone and return phone calls, which is important for customer service reasons.

I have been using this service for years. The work is always very well done and prompt, the pricing is consistent with that elsewhere, and the customer service impeccable. Seeing some of the negative reviews on this site astonished me, as they don't correspond at all to my experience of over 20 years.
