Solid . I've been wearing glasses for 60yrs and I can't remember a more thorough professional extremely empathetic experience! Kaiser as a whole continues to do for me across the board .

Given I was filling my prescriptions glasses during the COVID epidemic, the service was well-organized and efficient. I was able to find reasonably priced & attractive frames with the assistance of the staff. I received my new glasses in a very short time.
