6536 Telegraph Ave Suite A101, Oakland“Srinika’s nutritional analyses and supplements have helped me with many health challenges the past few years. The most dramatic was a painful knee that had been difficult off and on for many years. Several months ago it had become quite painful whenever I went down steps (which I do daily). Srinika recommended avoiding certain foods, and also gave me supplements, which were from good sources. I really thought it was a long shot, but after two weeks I was most pleasantly surprised that the pain was gone! Her techniques allow her to look at a troubling situation; figure out probably causes; and then come up with methods to make things better. And they work! I’ll mention one other challenge… because of my aging eyes, I had difficulty driving at night and didn’t feel it was safe, so avoided night driving. Sometimes my daughter or a friend would pick me up, but mostly I stopped going to evening events and activities. After some deep dives with Srinika into possible causes, as well as taking nutritional supplements, I’m now able to do limited driving at night, for which I am grateful. And I think there’s a good chance that my eyesight will continue to improve!“

440 Grand Ave #401, Oakland“Acupuncture has been recommended to me by various providers due to my sensitive GI tract. I’m not a fan of needles, so I’ve stayed away. Last month, I got to a point of desperation for anything to help settle my system and decided to reach out to East Bay Acupuncture based on their excellent reviews. I’m SO glad that I did! I did a phone consult with Aimee who explained everything to me and made me more open to trying it, and have worked mostly with Dr. Nadia but with Aimee as well. Both are gifted practitioners who listen to understand your concerns and needs. I’m happy to say that my system has settled, and this has opened the door to me using acupuncture to support other health concerns like my lymphedema and inflammation in my feet. I’m a super happy client and highly recommend East Bay Acupuncture to anyone on the fence about trying Chinese medicine.“

599 9th St, Oakland“Dr Zhang Tong is an incredible acupuncturist. I’ve had acupuncture in the US for over 12 years and he’s easily the best. We’re working on fixing a 20 year knee injury that I’ve had surgery on. For new patients, please trust him and his process and don’t hesitate to provide verbal feedback during sessions as that is key for him to understand what’s hurting and how much pressure to put during the massage portion of the session.“

403 49th St suite e, Oakland“As an athlete and fitness/yoga professional for almost 30 years, acupuncture has always played a crucial role in my recovery, injury prevention, and treatment. I found Ross Acupuncture a little over a year ago, and it has been an absolute game-changer!! Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped relieve countless nagging and acute issues. I have hypermobile ligaments/tendons, flat feet, and I put in between 10-20+ hours of training a week, so I put a TON of wear and tear (and stress!) on my body. I am also super prone to things like plantar fasciitis as a flat-footed runner and Jen has been a lifesaver on more than many occasions when things flare up. She has also been able to get to the root of some of the injuries I've had off and on for a long time. Full transparency: treatment may not be the most comfortable all the time. Sometimes you might not feel it, sometimes it may be rather intense -- especially if you're coming for injury/pain. But, if you're an athlete (or even just active) and want to return to training, it is beyond worth it when your issues are resolved within just a few treatments (or sometimes in one session!) She often does stim on the needles which is my absolute favorite part. I find that this method to yield the best results for me. Tbh, I can't say enough good things about this clinic or Jen! I recommend her to my students and friends when they have issues come up. Side note: I have also done the facial acupuncture with Renee and recommend that as well! That's definitely a much more relaxing experience . If you're looking for an acupuncturist who can really dive deep into whatever aches and pains brought you to inquire about acupuncture, you've found the right place!“

3645 Grand Ave Suite 102, Oakland“Choosing Dr. Rachel at City Pulse Health Acupuncture was one of the best decisions we made on our path to parenthood. Highly recommended, she seamlessly integrated into our holistic care team as we began trying to conceive. Our goal was to explore natural paths before considering IVF, and Dr. Rachel was absolutely key in that process.
She walked with us through every moment, offering incredible support and comfort during difficult times, including a heartbreaking miscarriage last summer.
I was able to conceive naturally, 8 weeks post loss - truly because of her unwavering support.
Her expertise during the extreme nausea and sleep deprivation of my second pregnancy, and her nurturing care through the discomfort of my third trimester, meant the world. Ultimately, her labor induction acupuncture helped us welcome our healthy baby boy right on time.
Dr. Rachel isn't just an acupuncturist; she's become a cherished member of our family. We are so incredibly grateful for her expertise, compassion, and the profound impact she's had on our lives.“

339 15th St UNIT 333, Oakland“Wanda at Kokoro Clinic has been a great source of healing support for me. I’m glad I integrated acupuncture treatment as part of my healing triage. I’ve been receiving network chiropractic entrainments for a few years and acupuncture has helped to promote its healing effects. I’ve experienced significant shifts, and as traumas release there is a period when integration time is critical. Acupuncture treatment with Wanda, who is familiar with network treatment, has been an essential part of integration. Sometimes it takes a few days to feel completely integrated and sometimes longer. Acupuncture has supported that process, often easing the flow of energy through my body and sometimes releasing stuck energy allowing release of trauma to take its full course. I’ve been feeling incredibly strong, and I often feel like nothing is impossible. Thank you Wanda!“

5253 Claremont Ave, Oakland“Great place, affordable and accessible for people in the community.
I followed Ananda here from the acupuncture school where she displayed her amazing talents for healing
Everyone here at octagon is very knowledgeable and capable.
Different practitioners have helped me through, gallstones, planter fasciitis, Bell’s palsy, back spasms and pain, to minor aches and pains.
I’ve received same day relief especially for my back spasm to relief over months of twice a week visits for more stubborn ailments. Every visit has offered more relief from what ails me
The secret to acupuncture is to stick with it and go often when chronic
This place does a real service to the community. If you’ve been thinking about it come today or as soon as you can and get back to living your life
Life is a grind and this is one of the few affordable things in the Bay Area dedicated to helping you heal and regain a sense of self. This is a big part of my self care“

Acupuncture was her last resort not having much faith, i Google some places and found some offices, called and left messages
( covid times) . Oakland Hills Acupuncture called and saw my mom a day after and all it took was one session to decrease her pain a good 90% . Had a second session and pain was gone. 541 Athol Ave, Oakland“I started with Kelsey a couple years ago and completed a 6 month health coaching program with her. She is warm, easy to talk to and meets you exactly where you are while gently nudging you in the direction you want to go. I genuinely felt like she believed in me and was rooting for me at every turn. I still reflect back on the insights I gained working with her and encourage anyone looking to grow and step into their power to reach out to her.Fast forward to now: I see Kelsey for acupuncture that is nothing short of magnificent. Her space is beautiful and soothing, warm and inviting just like her. She even sneaks in some coaching while working with you if you're open to it. 10/10 recommend her services.“
