I found Root and Stem when I was pregnant and have continued going for years. Every practitioner there is kind, understanding and effective. I have been working with Jessica for over a year and have seen incredible results with pain management, hormonal support, and so much more. Love working with her!

Jessida is amazing! I came in with pelvic pain and nerve damage from an accident around my face. Our first consultation session she was very kind and welcoming and she was able to learn more about my lifestyle that helped her create a plan for me. The acupuncture sessions themselves were always calming and gentle and she incorporated extra supplements, tinctures and home exercises that really helped. I love how she also held space for whatever came from the healing emotionally and it made each session very comfortable. My pain was virtually gone by our 3/4th session and after 5 years of an injury never treated I was being to see and feel improvement! I am so grateful...read full review

Five stars are NOT enough. I've been going to Root & Stem for about ten years. I've been treated by at least five different acupuncturists there over the years and they have all been wonderful. I've had a couple serious and annoying conditions (diverticulitis & trigeminal neuralgia) successfully treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbs, thus avoiding the alleged western medicine pharmaceutical treatments with their own lousy side effects.
