I'm so blessed to be part of the 9Round community! Dave and all of the other trainers here are so kind, so good at what they do and SO supportive. During my first year working out here, I focused on my mental health. What a difference a year makes! 9Round has become the thing that pulls me through hard days - just being part of the beautiful, diverse community of people who come here and getting the encouragement and support from Dave and the crew has meant everything. Now I'm more focused on my physical... and damn does Dave push me in the best ways! I'm down 15 lbs. and feeling so confident and strong. Started a few months ago and loving this workout. Reasons: 1) It’s efficient. Drop in any time and only 30 mins. 2) Variety. There are 9 different workout stations and workout changes daily. 3) You get to spar with trainers. Plus plenty of bag punching and kicking. 4) Dave (owner) and trainers are very supportive and push you just the right amount. Def recommend trying the free first class. Only request is to turn up the AC a bit.
