“Working with Bill and his team was a great experience! They installed new Anlin windows in our house (after postponing installation for over 6 weeks) and we are so pleased with the final product! Bill's crew was very conscious about wearing masks while working inside and around the house and doing a little extra plastic protection to limit the number of surfaces his team was touching while in the house. There were a few hiccups during the installation but Bill was very responsive to the issues and had solutions immediately. We are looking forward to a summer with new windows!“

He worked out the contract with us, offering alternatives, and solving problems. He scheduled his crew, subcontractors and inspectors so that our project was completed on time and as agreed upon. The Blue Sky crew--Herman, Tony, Paco, Manuel, Caleb, Antony, and Jimmy--are very nice guys and steady workers. They showed up every day smiling and worked hard, from the first day of demolition to the final inspection, never complaining through hot and cold weather alike. “We decided to convert our attached garage into an ADU (attached dwelling unit) at the end of Covid. We decided to work with David Sandoval because of his accurate (though high) cost estimates. We liked his honesty as well as his team's professionalism. He is Ventura local and is very familiar with local zoning practices, architects, material sourcing, etc. We now have a full bathroom w/ tiled shower, storage, bedroom area, and living/kitchenette area. We are very happy with our new rentable studio apartment!“

Seth is extremely informative, helpful and generous with his time. I don't utilize them for pool service, except for the occasional filter cleaning or major problem. They have helped inform me on how to care for my own pool as opposed to just sell their service. THEY ARE AWESOME! Even when we purchased a cedar hot tub they referred me to someone who specializes in those instead of just saying they can do it. That's the kind of business I like to work with.“

The guys were so nice, easy to work with, respectful of our space during the month they were working in our home with our dogs and toddler running around, did really good quality work, very clean, and we’re always on time. Highly recommend! They demo’d, took out multiple sets of French doors, raised headers, installed new French and new bifold doors and patched up all the drywall and stucco.
