Went for fitting. No one there. Claimed she forgot to write appt down. Needed 2 additional fittings to make adjustments and the third time the dress worked but the sewing was not professional.$175 for disappointment and frustration

My worst tailor experience ever. I took two pairs of sweat pants for simple alterations and the male tailor totally blew a simple task of measuring each leg correctly. I had told him various times (not sure if he understood as I did not get a single word of English out of him) that he needed to measure each leg as I have a significant difference in length between them. When I tried them on it was as if they flipped the measurements between left and right legs. The left was too short and the right was too long. When I returned to inform them of this I was ready for a refund ($17/pants) but the woman there (his wife?) asked me to try them on and said she would fix them. In all this time they both spoke in their native tongue which as a dissatisfied patron I did not appreciate. The sweat pants (Nike/Adidas) were a loss even after her attempt to correct the lengths. Keep the $34 dollars and best of luck to your business.

This is the second time I have used this service and found that the quality is great. The first time I had a leather jacket zipper replaced and I couldn't even tell that the stitching was redone. It was very professionally sewn. Second time I brought in a pair of men's suite slacks that need hemming with a double folded cuff. The quality of the hem and stick work was very clean and professionally done just like direct from the store. I known quality sewing when I see it. My mom is a seamstress and I know quality workmanship. Thank you.
