My only take away from this whole experience is that he’s not shown as much as he deserves to be. If you look on self made Long Beach social media, he’s not shown as much as I would like, which I don’t find to be fair but I find him to be a hidden gem at this gym!

I also really like Trey, who owns the facility.Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!“

Though we initially focused on strength and power, I have gotten so much more from him and our training. He implemented plyometrics, mobility, sprints--to name a few-- to help me become an overall better athlete on top of my original goal. His vast knowledge, professional experience, and unique variety of equipment and exercises has expanded my own knowledge and definition of training. I am now closer than ever to my desired weight/goal, and the work we have put in in the gym has shown direct results on the basketball court. I can jump higher, am more explosive, and overall, stronger and more well-rounded. I came to Jolin for a few specific goals, but have gotten so much more out of it. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about training and willing to invest in themselves with someone who loves to train and understands a wide multitude of clients and their needs/goals.“

Everyone goes at their own pace and you don't feel pressured or intimidated to keep up. There are several different classes 7 days a week and each coach brings something different and challenging. They also have an amazing bar which is open every class, you can order a refreshing hydration drink or even a delicious meal replacement shake! My favorite part of this place besides the amazing playlists...is the inspirational messages you're left with before leaving, sometimes it's exactly what you needed to hear that day and you just walk out feeling accomplished and inspired. However I opted for VIP because it offers a more personal one on one training. Erwin is a true professional in every sense of the word. Got to know me asked me questions and set up a plan. He is very patient and educates me as I work out on why I should avoid certain habits or foods and how to be a healthier person overall. Some of the things he has shared just resonate and when I'm trying at home it's like a light bulb moment, like aha! this is why! Erwin is a top notch trainer, not like the ones you see taking pics and posting selfies and videos while they're "training." Prices are reasonable for the excellent service and attention you get!. I highly recommend!“

It's refreshing to go to a gym, have a workout ready for you, and a trainer like Gina to hold you accountable. She's not only knowledgeable of the body movement, workouts, she adapts the challenging workouts to all levels. In the early days, I couldn't do a push-up or pull-up, and now I can do them on my own- effortlessly. Definitely gotta try Accel Fitness to workout with a great trainer and small group of people! Love that you can have 2-4 other people there and not have to wait for any equipment.“
