Most of the staff is not friendly. They lack professionalism and people skills. The lab tecs are unqualified to draw blood. I always get hurt and end up with bruising. Ever since Dr. Muhammad retired, great doctor by the way. I have poor to bad experiences Especially, with the nurse practitioner Ms. Gomez. She even hung up on me during a phone. Keep in mind i did not use profanity or obscene language. I kept it professional. She should find another carrer.

If there is as a minus star I'd pick it.I worked there from 3/29/33 to 4/7/23... this place, many of the clinics are very filthy, all equipment is out dated. I work in Pomona office and Corona clinic. Both filthy. The office manager Ivania bolonge, treats all employees terrible , talks down to everyone. While my time there, I only saw about 3 patients, even patients were treat disrespectful, along with Mark Lee,(he's an employee) he treat me very badly , he was suppose to train me. At 1 point I called a patient to help him with his insurance, Mr Lee point at me saying "she doesn't know anything " that patient looked at me, then said "I'll be back..." he never returned, I made several calls to him with no success.On 4/12/33, I was pulled out, fired! Terminated, but the manager made me say, they was quitting!! Horrible office manager and network! I feel bad for any patients that are seen there.Very terrible place

The nurses that draw blood at the MCCN on sepulveda street are extremely under qualified. I fasted over 10 hours, came in to have my blood drawn. Unfortunately, no blood was coming out. After being poked 3 times, the new LVN, who only had one month experience, told me did you drink enough water. I said NO I did not. I finally drank several cups of 8 oz water- 3 cups. He gave it to me after he and his more experienced LVN failed 3 times. Again, I was drawn by a different nurse for the 4 th time. She failed too. I got very upset and angry. I was poked 4 times for basically nothing. Then, when I stood up for my self in a assertive/ slightly aggressive manner, the nurse that poked me in the end for the 4 th time back answered me by saying I was mad. Of course I will be. All 3 LVNs failed and wasted my time. Being poked 4 times is not a good feeling. I also experienced the F word in the hall way where everybody sits. Oh my God.....a woman said it. So unprofessional......, she needs to be written up or let go even. Furthermore, the new male LVN is not computer savvy. It seems he struggles with printing addresses. I. noticed this when he failed to print the address to quest diagnostics. He asked the nurse that poked me for the 4 th time for help. I was sent to quest diagnostics for help. Unfortunately, the 3 nurses failed again by not scheduling an actual appointment for me. They thought I would be taken immediately, Very sad and troubling. I came back to MCCN in Parthenia this time. The receptionist backed answered me too, when I stated that MCCN is unorganized, and that they constantly fail to communicate with each other. Moreover, they call me a day later to cancel my appointment with Dr Chatterjee. I was more upset and disturbed. I believe she was a receptionist. I told her your staff are a bunch of idiots. She back answered me by saying she will hang up, I do not know if I want to cry or laugh at all the office/ receptionist workers. There is 1 amazing doctor: Dr Chatterjee. There is also 1 great nurse. The 2 social workers: Bianca Mercado and the other social worker are inconsistent. They fail to in relaying messages. I got several cancellations from Bianca on the same day of my appointment with her. I also got a cancellation on the same day with the other therapist that took Bianca's position after I was very tired. Grow up all the workers of these clinics, except Dr Chaterjee, and the wonderful Nurse that also works there.please....this clinic is very unprofessional.....they seem to hurt the mental health of there patients. Thus, they need to be shut down till they have a better method in staying organized.
