13069 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood“Most of the time when I go there is enough spots open on the floor for me to complete my workout. I appreciate the track, even though it's not entirely flat. I would appreciate more sections designated for just soft mats and even adding more benches. The dumbbells are never ever in their correct location, and I'll have to scramble to look for my preferred weights. The front desk staff are always friendly and the amount of refillable water bottle stations/fountains are nice.“

I feel so good when I leave the gym after a training session with her & I feel like every time I'm getting stronger & stronger every time! The gym also has such an amazing vibe that is so motivating & encouraging. 10/10 recommend!“

13727 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks“I have been an avid yogi for over 20 years but felt it was time to step up my exercise game...My sister started coming here and kept telling me to join. Finally I took an introductory class with Julia and boom!!! I was hooked. My daughter came along and together we signed up for 2 months at their introductory rate. After that the price is the normal monthly rate for 8 classes, $249. I really enjoy every instructor here. Each one has their own vibe, but they all are very clear on how to keep your body aligned and guide you through each movement. Whitney is awesome with a very calming and effective voice. Alaina is easy to talk to but don't let that fool you, she will kick your body into shape...Julia, also wonderful and works your body. Candice, also awesome!!! Can't say enough about the staff & instructors. My body is definitely more toned and my behind is very happy. Lol! *They are very clear on the membership and you can freeze it if necessary but they do still charge $25 a month until you release your freeze. Then it goes back to your monthly rate. *You can pay class to class but that most definitely will cost you more money *Memberships are 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month. *The rates are locked in once you sign up.“

My wife and I used to train here, and Hunter is the heart of the place...a Midwest mountain man with incredible discipline and a ton of knowledge. You can see it in how he lives his life. Bravo, Hunter. Keep doing what you do.“

She was incredibly detailed in sharing her knowledge, the workbook, and how to give a full session. There was a lot of practical experience that I appreciated but also a big focus on following our intuition.I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get certified for Reiki!“
“Took my 9 yr old Aussie here for physical therapy and the treatment he received ( deep shock cold laser, infrared and massage) greatly helped improve his movement in his back leg during and after his 10 session package. My dad g LOVED coming to every session. Yael is an amazing healer. Both her and Lyrix were a pleasure to work with.“

14342 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks“I've been taking both prenatal yoga and Aqua Mamas classes with Georgina at Two Hearts Yoga since around 14 weeks of this pregnancy. I absolutely love how Georgina runs her prenatal yoga classes. Her flows and poses feel safe and supportive for our growing bodies and babies, but they aren't overly easy and still feel challenging. She encourages you to modify depending on how you feel and I always leave class feeling strong and empowered - exactly what I want and need as I prepare for this birth. The Aqua Mamas classes are just heavenly. They take place in a heated pool in an oasis that is her back yard. We use pool "weights", bands, and noodles during class. Similar to her yoga classes there is room for you to modify and get a good workout or take it easy and just enjoy stretching and being buoyant in the water. Class sizes are intimate and on the smaller side. It's a treasure to be surrounded by other pregnant women sharing stories, milestones, or just our latest aches and pains! I'm in my 39th week now - still taking yoga at Two Hearts and still feeling great. I attribute that to moving, stretching, and feeding off of the strong feminine energy that permeates her classes.“

2810 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles“I had a Somatic Yoga class with Dr. Bobbi Jones here. It was so clensing and fun! I found myself releasing my pain, relaxing, and feeling so good afterward. We even received a free resistant band at the end. Just so long, as we said something kind to ourselves in a small mirror. They also provided all the materials like clean yoga mats and sitting pillows. Best self care event I've been to in a minute!“

12135 Riverside Dr, Valley Village“Haven't felt the desire to write a review in quite a while, BUT absolutely had to. I've been having worsening neck, shoulder, and upper back pain for nearly a year, it's been reaching an intolerable amount of discomfort, trouble falling/staying asleep still despite taking over a month off work, and incorporating yoga, and weekly Professional Massages. After an hour on the table I felt my symptoms have significantly improved. Matt is knowledgeable, skilled, kind and gentle. The treatment was soothing and brought about a much needed sense of balance to my physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Already made my second appointment. Make your first!“

945 S Bedford St, Los Angeles“Well this the first time I’ve ever done this and it was amazing. The way she was spot on with so many things in my life. I was really locked in with what she had to say. I didn’t tell her anything about me and the accuracy of the things that she was talking about was 87 to 93% accurate. I would definitely recommend trying this out if you’re interested and even if you’re not, you might be surprised I’ll definitely be back thanks a lot.“

“I was looking for a way to increase my flexibility and prevent injuries as I get older, and I found it in Yoga NoHo Center's Hot Yin classes, especially with April. I feel renewed after each class. Not to mention, I'm standing up straighter and moving and bending with more ease than I have done in years. I highly recommend the Hot Yin classes. If you're able to have class with April, her gentle practice and soothing cadence is like being wrapped in the warm embrace of Gaia herself!“
