Really cool shop & set up. I took a Kundalini Chakra Flow class with Ivy. It is a bit noisy from all of the traffic on Ventura Blvd. However, if you can let all of the noise fade into the background you will better be able to enjoy your practice.

For my birthday this year I decided to do a Sound Bath at "Liberate Yourself" with my friends and I could not be happier. It was one of the best birthdays in my life and that is because "Liberate Yourself".The one hour sound bath was magical and so powerful. Kate, who conducted the sound bath knew exactly how to cater the session to our needs and level.
