They arrived right on time and took their time to get the windows right and working smoothly. Also did a good job at cleaning everything up. The city inspector said they did a very neat and good job. The initial bid was a little higher than my other two bids, but Ark agreed to lower the price to match them. Ark was also agreeable to my request to change the install date.
