“I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. “After Tropical Storm Hillary hit late summer 2023, it became obvious that the 20-year-old flat portion of our roof wasn't keeping the water out any longer, so we needed to replace that part of the roof quickly before the autumn and winter rains arrived.We solicited several roofing proposals from top rated roofers through Yelp and Top Roofing provided the most complete proposal that responded to all of our needs.
