All details were handled, from coordinating with a company for plans and permits, to getting the door bid, installation, painting, and leaving everything clean. The team was professional and very friendly.“

“Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.“

Bryan is so likable and friendly, and was able to educate us with the CoolWall demo. We ended up not getting a second bid for jobs. Come to find out, he is related to the crew who installed our floor. I do like how many members of his family are working together. I think that says a lot about the company.
