“I was treated recently for a neck/muscle injury at Accelerate Physical Therapy in Newport Beach by Dr. Shawn Mead. I had limited range of motion with my neck as well as ongoing discomfort in that area. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mead, he understood what my issues were and got me on a healing program right away as well as manipulated the areas in need of care. He was also helpful in educating me so I knew why and what he was doing. I started feeling relief within a few weeks and now feel like a new person. “My experience with OCPT was fantastic! Let's start by saying Korbyn at the front desk was awesome and patient with my gazillion questions. It was my first experience with PT and I didn't really know how it all worked with insurance etc... She was also great about helping me to remember to schedule my future visits. Although I met with a few PT's at OCPT (Matt(s) and Victoria), I met most consistently with Brittany. She too was so patient with my questions. She was great about educating me on what we were working towards, as well as things I should be doing at home to aid in my recovery. I never felt rushed and she always ran on time with her appointments. Most importantly though, my shoulder/neck issue that I was being seen for, significantly improved and I no longer need to go for sessions. Although I'm happy about my recovery, it's bittersweet because I already miss seeing Brittany and the OCPT team!“

I’ve also worked with Dr. David to strengthen my ankle, and he has been equally fantastic — giving me his full attention and expertise during every session. Michaela at the front desk is always cheerful and welcoming, which makes every visit feel even more positive.
