Excellent service and communication. I had a small issue they assisted and took care of immediately while going above and beyond to help make it right. You can't ask for more than that. I strongly recommend. Good service is hard to find and they came through.

I typically don't take the time to write reviews but I think this cleaners warrants acknowledgement. I have been happily using their services for almost 7 years now. I especially take all my designer outfits to them because they have proven their professionalism and expertise and have taken good care of the garments I care about. I am always greeted with warmth and importance and I love having the luxury of their free pick up and delivery service. I also appreciate their express service when I am in a bind. Green Spot continues to be my first choice of cleaners.

Almost every one of the cleaners I've dealt with over many years are at least one or all of the following: - great negotiators - great story tellers - way below average in delivering quality and value of any kind Most of my experiences were like a series of scenes from War and Peace. Green Spot was a whole different experience. We have a new puppy with all the ups and downs that a little doggie brings into everyday life - from love and snuggling to pooping and potty training. She has a magic soft blanket - a magic "binkie" that puts her to sleep anytime she has it with her in anyone of her many beds. At this stage, she can't (and we can't) sleep without it. Things were great until she had an "accident " and the binkie needed to be cleaned and the hems reinforced against her non-stop chewing. And - we were facing a long Thanksgiving weekend. We decided to toss the problem toGreen Spot Cleaners. Any chance we can get this binkie back in shape before the long weekend? Otherwise, it's going to be a long weekend with very short nights for all of us. Green Spot response: WE CAN DO IT!! And - they got it done by NOON on the day before Thanksgiving!! I am absolutely certain that no other cleaners could have done it or would even try. This is a highly motivated family owned small business that promises results and keep their promises. They deliver great non toxic, odor free, and superb dry cleaning. If that's what you want, you can stop looking. These people are the very best.
