Wore a pair of heels that got destroyed due to being at an outdoor event on a wood platform patio that had tons of gaps (did not know prior). My heels got caught multiple times and the material literally peeled off like a banana, even lost the rubber bottom of the heel on one of the shoes. It was a mess. I have a wedding coming up and I got a dress that would match perfect with these shoes and I really didn't want to spend money on a new pair. I needed a quick turnaround and I decided to try this place out. Came in with the heels and explained my issue. The gentleman at the front gave me two options. Gabe is always the kindest coolest soul. I won't wear my red bottoms until he place the mirror bottoms on them. They easily wipe clean and don't get scratched up. He does a wonderful job.
