People were honking at him to go, yet he still left his car to help push me up. He quickly went back to his truck and drove away. “Frame BD was an absolute godsend for our remodel in Southern California.  We have a condo in the Dana Point area that was long overdue for a remodel.  We knew that there were water issues that had turned into mold issues.  This is a second home for us.  We live a couple of states away and the thought of finding someone to manage this remodel was a little overwhelming when we were not going to be close to oversee it.  I called a few different contractors.  Frame BD was quick to respond and was able to get out and take a look at our project within a few days.

The project manager that was assigned to our job was Daniel.  Let me tell you, if you want someone that goes above and beyond, ask for Daniel.  He managed our project flawlessly.  He was in constant communication and treated us like we were the most important project that he had going.  This was not a large project (kitchen redo, new lighting, bathroom, paint, flooring, baseboards and doors) but they got to work and were awesome.  We made some changes as the project went on and they didn't mind one bit.  They tooks those changes and ran with them.

From the start of the project to the finish all of the employees and subcontractors treated our home like it was their own.
We will be referring Frame BD to all of our neighbors.  Call them.  You wont regret it.“

“We had new asphalt installed and water was flowing into our building instead of away from our building and caused damage.It never got remedied.We called Pete at America Pro Design, and he came out several times and we finally agreed upon a solution.Once we settled on a cost, Pete never approached us for any additional fees.His team put in a concrete flowline (and an extra asphalt flowline at no extra cost) to ensure the water flowed off the property correctly.America Pro executed the job in very tough conditions of sandy soil.We were completely satisfied with all the work that was done and Pete and his team communicated throughout the whole process. Darrell, the Sales Representative, provided a similarly professional and knowledgeable experience during the measurement phase, offering valuable insights into materials and accessories while accommodating my specific requirements. The subsequent estimate was delivered promptly, and a showroom visit was arranged. Darrell's dedication to assisting me in selecting the optimal design and accessories was commendable. Ultimately, a contract was finalized following a comprehensive consultation, with Dave assigned as the lead technician.
Gabby, the Operations Manager, consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and responsiveness, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any concerns to my complete satisfaction.
Prior to commencing the remodel, Dave and Art thoroughly prepared the work area, and Dave provided a realistic timeline, outlining each phase of the project. Daily progress updates and explanations of upcoming tasks were consistently provided. During the installation of the shower drain, an unforeseen issue with the pipe arose. Dave's resourcefulness and skill were evident as he successfully rerouted the pipe, averting the need for extensive modifications.
Dave and Art, the quality of your work surpassed the initial impression from the OC Fair. I am highly satisfied with both your expertise and contribution. Your innovative problem-solving, combined with technical proficiency, quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, a high standard of cleanliness, punctuality, meticulousness, and a strong customer service orientation delivered the desired outcome.
