Tiane and Twinkle were perfect. My knee has been experiencing grinding whenever I squat/lunge & lower myself on to a chair. I've been discharged from PT with a game plan to get my knee resolved. Tiane has shown me what to do and I'm confident I can get this resolved without needing PT assistance. Twinkle her aide was awesome.

I am a first time user of CTS. Like all newbies, we are apprehensive upon our first visit. We aren't if we made the correct decision on the doctor person to help us, their supports staff an/or grad student who is in training. I have one other experience using PT which was very good, but when I returned to the same place for this treatment, all the caregivers were new so I changed my mind and chose CTS.
