We couldn’t shower in our home for two whole weeks. Another company we had tried to go with told us we needed a new one and that parts weren’t made for this specific anyone. HOTCO came within 24 hours of us calling them and was able to order the part and fix the water heater. Mathieu was so our technician and was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. “I had a great experience with Steve from Advanced Leak Detection Services. From the start, Steve responded quickly to my request for service and always provided prompt responses to my text messages. Steve was able to detect a couple of leaks that needed plumbing repairs/replacements. The last leak requires some considerable labor from the landscaper to isolate where the pipe needs to be capped off so I'll update this review once that has been resolved.
