“These guys did an amazing job. Water heater went out on Friday and Sunday morning they were there to replace it. I was not home at the time of install but my wife passed along that the felt like the tech was very professional, nice, and thorough. When my wife recapped all of the instructions to me I was amazed with the level of detail she received. I would also like to point out that the install was thoughtful, and well laid out. What we ended up with was much nicer than what we had before. One other mention, The tech needed to pull power for a new recirc. pump but I have woodworking tools & a young son so for safety I keep the garage breakers shutoff. The tech needed power and took the time to unplug my bigger machines before turning one of the breakers on. I thought this was a terrific solution and I appreciated the attention to detail. We were referred to HOTCO by some friends of our an I would refer anyone to them as well. Thank you for a job well done!“
