“They recently opened their spin classes which is what I come here for. The bikes are the newest schwinn black ones and are smooth like buttah with a solid feel to it unlike the white ones. Right now the space is small but they plan to expand soon. Love that they provide towels for the class. I just take a cold towel with me in my bag (in a ziplock lol) for that post class cool down. I go to Norman's class and it's always challenging but doable 5/5 for his class. If you've ever been or heard of Kristina Girod's classes it's like that with less sprints/runs Docked a star off because the ease of booking classes are confusing if you're not a member. I just do drop ins and would need help by someone to manually put me in the class. Hope it changes in the future! Oh and conveniently located near TJs LOL“

“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.“
