“I have been a client of Daily Breath Pilates since 2016. The studio is very clean and is a small, comfortable space. The reformers are beautiful and well maintained. It feels like a family environment since many of the same clients and instructors have been there for years.The instructors are all wonderful and most have been with Daily Breath since the studio opened. They are so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging and enjoyable with a lot of variety. The instructors provide modifications so that the exercises are possible for everyone at any level. I am also completing the teacher training program with Daily Breath because of my love for Pilates! I have been learning so much and receiving excellent guidance from Renata who is a true expert- she is the best! The program is well organized and very informative. Renata has a lot of experience and knowledge and she shares this with her students. I am so thankful to be part of the Daily Breath Pilates community!“

“BEST GYM in the Country. If you live in the Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Agoura area and have not been for a tour of Proactive you are definitely missing out! The top athletes in the world train at Proactive and all their equipment is state-of-the-art, most advanced machines and technology in the world. Definitely worth checking out their facility and booking a workout. Highly recommended!!“

“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.“

“Jason is not your typical trainer. He is someone that inspires you to be your best, motivates you to work hard, and pushes you to your max potential. My body has experienced a complete transformation. I am stronger and more confident and actually look forward to my workouts with Jason (and I never thought I'd ever have those feelings about working out!) Do yourself a favor and try a session with him. You will be hooked!“

“Went with my siblings and this is the largest F45 gym I've seen so far. There are 3 spots per station so it was perfect for me & my 2 siblings. The workouts are great, everything laid out, super efficient, motivating staff and very friendly members. Highly recommend!“
