WestPac Labs - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I arrived 5 minutes after opening and the line was alreay out the door. HOWEVER, it was only because of the kiosk,right inside the entrance, where you enter all your info. The systems they have in place are very efficient moving people through. I had 24 people before me but was out in 60 minutes. No issues with payment or billing either...I was shocked and thrilled. Thank you WestPac.

They were great! I called on a Friday and walked in that Friday. They were friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and even have more info without prompting. I tried to call quest diagnostics and Labcor before these guys. No one returned my calls. So thank goodness they didn't because these guys rocked! My daughter had blood drawn and she said It didn't even hurt. She is 13 and afraid of everything. We will return here for any other lab work we need.

This place is great! The staff is always very friendly, and the wait times are less than half of the other labs. It's a very personable experience to go there which I do often. I always recommend this lab to people I know. Awesome stick as well.
