When I was called back to start my pre op all the ladies were wonderful in telling me their names and expressing to me that they will be with me the entire time and everything will be ok. With nerves like mine it was wonderful to hear and you can tell in their voices how much they care. Loved how they treated me

My seamlessly excellent, and highly professional experience of golden triangle surgery center began with a lovely person who took my Medicare information when I arrived. I sat down for a total of three minutes before I was brought to the back where I was met by an RN, by the name of Susan, who took very good care of me. Shortly after that, Dr. Andrew Ertman came in with the anesthesiologist, Dr. Chacon. Dr. Cohn was extremely articulate and kind knowing that I have issues with anesthetics. Friendly, organized and professional services above my expectations. From my arrival to a follow up call to make sure I was doing OK after my procedures. First surgery I needed in over 40 years, but they took away my anxiety as each person introduced themselves and keep me and my spouse informed of every step in the process.
