A very professional outfit; from the people that answer the phones, to the dispatchers, and to the technicians. Everyone is extremely friendly, polite, and professional. I signed up for the Champ rewards program where, for a small monthly fee, they come out once a year for an A/C tune-up and once a year for a furnace tune-up. For what I pay annually, it's just slightly more than 1 tune-up. Sometimes you sign up for these service programs and it's like pulling teeth to get them scheduled to come out. NOT THESE GUYS! They call me and tell me it's time to schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Service Champions.
We just had Jon Kurtz from Service Champions in our home checking to see if our HVAC system in our attic was leaking. He was extremely helpful and checked our filters and whole house fan while he was in the attic. He patiently explained everything and answered all our question clearly. Very impressed!
Justin came after 7 PM, when the other vendors all asked for next day appointments. He was professional and quick and he isolated the problem (bad capacitor) as well as identified many others. We had paid someone else to swap out the system inside the room, but it appears we had been scammed. Justin shows is images of the dirty coils and old motors, both of which should have been swapped out. He cleaned up and kept all work spaces clean and back to their original condition.
