The value was great as I received a small discount for family referrals. Jen and Brent that came out to do the work were excellent as well. Kept me in the loop on when they were arriving, how long it would take, and what they were going to do. Overall it was a 2 day process that only lasted about a few hours each day. The epoxy flooring came out nicely! This is my garage with Niagra color.“

“I was looking for a serious contractor to assist with design and construction of a complete remodel of a kitchen and flooring. Knowing Urbane Floorings home-base is located in Murrieta, I was a little nervous regarding the distance on a project in Orange County. As in any construction project, we had multiple questions and suggestions every step of the way. Whenever I called Virgil regarding a question or concern, I found him receptive! Virgil would ALWAYS return your call or text in a timely manner. Virgil partnered with Luna Construction and for us was a good fit. If we asked for them to return on a minor adjustment, they returned and completed to our satisfaction. Urbane Flooring is reasonably priced and all work is guaranteed. This company does more than flooring and will work with their customers. I've heard horror stories from angry people who dived into large home projects and I'm lucky we didn't have to run into those negative stories. Don't be hesitant to ask them questions and they will respond. I would recommend them for a remodel!“

“Couldn't be happier with calling Bob first!! He was able to immediately come out (happened to catch him on a day that was supposed to be worse weather - so got lucky!), gave us a fair quote, super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable, easy communication and showed up when he said he would, and did great work! What more could you ask for?! He cleaned carpet in our walk-in closet, several area rugs and a couch for us. The couch literally looked new when he was done with it! And he walked us through the different materials on each area rug and what was needed to ensure the best outcome for each (one of which was wool so very particular). We will definitely be using him again and being new to the area, so happy to know just who to call now. It's so nice to work with someone who is so passionate about what they do and clearly enjoys it on top of having so much working knowledge from years of experience. Can't recommend more!“

“We had been thinking about remodeling our shower/tub for a long time. We live in a track home that we love, but they put in a prefabricated shower/tub combo in the master that was not even practical. I called it an "RV shower" because I was constantly bumping my arms against walls, glass, racks, etc. And the sound of a simple shower would wake up our daughter on the other side of the wall. We read plenty of contractor reviews and equally as many nightmare stories on social media in our area. Picking a contractor was overwhelming... until Box Construction. Steve and Melissa Box had a kid in the same class as our daughter so we got to talking at a school event and I learned what they did for a living. My first thought was: "If something goes wrong, I know where to find them!" ... but NEVER needed that. I felt like I was on a TV show from the first visit. They had a team of professionals that handled things with enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity. Heather was our designer that nailed our vision based on some Pinterest finds. Jennifer helped us pick the materials, fixtures, paint, etc. that would make our vision come to life. Steve and Michael really kept things within budget knowing that functionality was our priority. And Chris was our go-to guy day-to-day because he was on-site so much handling things himself or making sure things were moving and keeping us up-to-date. I'd say Chris was most accommodating partly because of his role and partly because he made our satisfaction a priority. Communication was never lacking and everyone we encountered maintained the brand of the company to the highest level. If we have another project, we're going back to them, so I hope they're around for a long time. Thank you, Steve, Melissa and the Team! We were blown away with the results.“

“We had Complete Kitchen & Bath remodel our kitchen. It’s amazing my wife and I love it! They also installed 2 new sliding glass doors that were smaller than the original doors and new vinyl siding on the outside of our house. It also looks great!
