He was able to immediately come out (happened to catch him on a day that was supposed to be worse weather - so got lucky!), gave us a fair quote, super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable, easy communication and showed up when he said he would, and did great work! What more could you ask for?! He cleaned carpet in our walk-in closet, several area rugs and a couch for us. The couch literally looked new when he was done with it! And he walked us through the different materials on each area rug and what was needed to ensure the best outcome for each (one of which was wool so very particular). We will definitely be using him again and being new to the area, so happy to know just who to call now.
